As soon as registration opened for camp, registrations came pouring in, quickly reaching 180. At the very most we’ll stretch to receive 105 campers. This is powerful evidence of fresh spiritual hunger and the rapidly growing need among Israeli youth.

Our pre-COVID youth conferences have consistently drawn more and more young people. What’s causing this increase, and how can we respond?

This trend is DUE to a few MAIN FACTORS:

1. Testimonies are spreading – God is present and moving in our camps and young people are having life-changing encounters with Yeshua. Their friends see the change and want this too.
2. Growing hunger – Young people have suffered devastating isolation during COVID. They are wired for fellowship. Post COVID, their hearts are hungry for connection with believing friends–to experience life with other teens who are following Yeshua.
3. New Generation – for the first time in modern Israel’s history, the number of 3rd generation believing teenagers is multiplying and they are joining our camps. In addition, new congregations are seeing the good fruit and are sending their youth.

We are enlisting you to help us meet this growing demand. What are the challenges?

1. Young Adult Leaders – Our camps utilize small groups, led by mature young adults who lovingly pour into the youth through honest discussions. In order to serve more teens, we must have more trained young adult leaders.
2. Finances – As you’re readily aware, more young adult leaders and teenagers will mean more expense. Yet this is a small price to pay to touch more young lives. 
3. Location –Our camps have been held where the maximum capacity is 120 people. Doubling our potential will require new locations. An option we are weighing is running consecutive camps in the same location. There has to be a solution!

As you can see, it is vital that we rise to this golden opportunity. We urgently need your prayers for wisdom, abundant faith, and creative solutions. It breaks our hearts to turn away youth who so desperately want to come. Some of them have reached out to us saying they would sleep on the floor if they had to.

Lord of harvest we implore you–pour out your Spirit on this camp & increase our capacity!
